Since joining PFH I have noticed a difference in my body fat to muscle ratio. Sophie, Greg and their team work to ensure that members achieve their goals in a fun and safe environment. Individual personal training is second to none, with invaluable advice and compassion thrown in.

The classes are welcoming to all levels of ability and usually end with lots of giggles. I really enjoy going to PFH and my husband comes along to classes too!

PFH is a fantastic independent gym with excellent facilities and classes. The team are REAL, supportive and inspiring, whether it be a class or 1:1 you are always made to feel welcome. Working with Sophie on my fitness has been one of the best decisions I've made, she has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my wellbeing, not just my muscles.

I cannot recommend PFH enough, there really is something for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level.

Having trained with Sophie for a number of years joining PFH was an easy decision to make, and I haven't looked back. Classes are varied, welcoming and challenging to all ages and levels of fitness. The gym is well equipped and personalised training programs are available so you get the most out of every workout. 

Sophie has a wealth of knowledge in health, wellness and fitness and the enthusiasm she brings to to every session, from strength training to Pilates is just a little bit contagious.

I joined PFH when it opened in April 2021, run by Sophie and Greg. Plenty of classes, courses and PT, suiting all levels of fitness.

Sophie and Greg always welcoming and ready with advice and any help needed. Small classes, all very popular.

They are continually updating classes and always open to suggestions. Great place to meet new friends, best gym I have ever been a member of, highly recommended.
